I used to live in Vegas where there were a handful of meal prep services — this is the BEST I’ve ever had. Their meals have helped me SO MUCH with portion control & hitting my macros that I’ve lost 7lbs in 3 weeks…love that they put the nutrition info right on top. My husband and I both order for ourselves, so we have pretty large orders and they’ve not once forgotten a meal, sold out after we ordered, or missed a delivery. Will be a long term customer for sure.

This is literally the best meal prepped food I’ve ever had!! Everything is extremely fresh and so delicious. I’ve never tasted healthy prepped food this good. All of my food has reheated very well with vegetables still having their crunch and meats still being moist. The pasta and rice have also heated nicely with no congealing. Delivery was cheap and followed the instructions. I’m so glad I found this place, it’s becoming a regular staple at my house!
Tonight was our first time trying 3 Peat Eats. I’m so glad we tried them! I had the stuffed salmon and my husband had the Cajun shrimp pasta. Both dish were delicious! I’m so glad that we decided to give them a try. This will truly help us with our busy schedules.
I just recently found this place on Google looking for meal preps and decided to check it out. I stopped in and grabbed a few of the meals already made & let me tell you I am glad I did! There is SOOO much flavor in all of the meals I got I love them!! I have already recommended this place to several of my friends. I am super impressed with the quality & flavor these meals have. Not to mention they are portioned out to what you are supposed to consume so you do not eat too much. Super convenient for people like me who are always on the go.. they have a bunch of options so you will never get that boring "chicken and rice" rep 24/7 (but their chicken and rice is amazing!!!). They have realistic pasta meals & just variety which is what everyone wants when developing a healthier lifestyle. The meals are extremely affordable & the owner is a Navy veteran who has great customer service! 3 Peats just found a forever customer!!!
